Polish branch of the company offers a wide range of services, ranging from simple road transport, to the complex in preparation and execution of logistic projects. Implementation of the system for customer relationship management corresponds to a company policy, that focuses on maintaining partner arrangements with customers and contractors . Like services provided by Fracht FWO Poland, CRM7 is tailored to the individual needs of the buyer .

The system will be equipped with functionality for collecting needs reported by customers, and automatic generation of commercial offers . It was decided to integrate CRM7 application with external accounting and shipping system, which is responsible for indexing information for both incoming and outgoing calls from the system. Based on the collected data, the turnover level of settlements with customers, system will generate periodic statement, to assess the financial condition of the company.

In addition to the headquarters in Warsaw, Lodz, Crops and Opole, the Group brings together dozens of freight forwarding companies, transportation and consulting services worldwide. The initial stage of implementation, planned for the first half of 2012, will include the Polish troops. Another implementation phase of CRM7 in Fracht Group will have an international dimension.
